The response was polite and they fixed the issue in the end, so that was fine. Just wish it had been quicker. Not awful, not amazing, just okay okay overall.

I washed it and, it came out looking great. I kind of expected it to lose its shape or fade a bit, but it didn’t, so that was a nice surprise.
